Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns and Exchanges:  
   Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to initiate a return or exchange of unworn items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Final Sale Items:  
   Please note that swimwear, jewelry, and any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Process for Returns:  
   - Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
   - Package the item securely, including a copy of your order confirmation and the RAN.
   - Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Store Credit:  
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return as a store credit within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges:  
   For exchanges, you will need to ship back the item(s) before selecting a replacement. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a store credit to be used for the replacement.

6. Exceptions:  
   We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return criteria.
